At Blueverra's , we’re committed to delivering your fashion favorites safely and on time, anywhere in India.

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp.

🚀 Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or Non-Serviceable Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to weather, festivals, or courier delays beyond our control.

📦 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 and Cash on Delivery.

💵 Partial COD (Cash on Delivery)

  • COD is available across most pin codes in India.but you have to pay  ₹70 In advance and pending amount at the time of delivery.

  • COD orders may require phone number verification before dispatch.

🔁 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you after 2–3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. We’ll reach out to help you rebook or process a refund (for prepaid orders).
